A yoga flow class, incorporating movement, breath and meditation. The postures will be a variety of seated, standing and balancing, as well as lying down and are linked together to create a "flow". Movements are connected with the breath - sometimes you might have one breath per movement, other times poses are held for 3 to 5 breaths. Do not be fooled into thinking an unhurried pace with fewer postures is necessarily easier; this class can still be quite demanding! This class is more challenging that the gentle mat-based yoga, but appropriate for beginners and continues students.

Suitable for any ability level, accessible for beginners yet challenging for more experienced practitioners. Variations and modifications are offered, with a focus on cultivating awareness of your own body and taking what you need from the practice at that time.
